    unique place at the top of the mountain, very friendly service, good size for the meal, and reasonable price, highly recommend, will come back again.

    Didn't stay at the hotel, but ate at the bar one night and attempted to order from it another. Our table waited over 1 hour 30 minutes for food to arrive and it only arrived after we kicked up a lot of fuss. Second time we ordered 10 pizzas for takeaway at 5:30, went to pick them up at 8:30 and they hadn't even started them and tried to claim we'd be waiting at least another hour. I've experienced some terrible service in my lifetime, but actually this was the worst service to date.

    Absolutely hopeless.
